About the Module benchmark extension board

Module benchmark extension board is an open source PCB design by LanternD, published on GitHub under the Apache-2.0 license. It is a 2-layer board measuring 45 × 50 mm, with 17 components from 15 distinct parts.

By type, the board carries 11 connectors, 2 diodes, 2 resistors, 1 transistor and 1 switch.

It belongs with the iot & wireless, sensors and test & measurement designs in this gallery.

From the project

Hardware and software design for NB-Scope.

Auxilliary boards are used to extend the capability of the mainboard and shieldboard, as well as to calibrate the current sensors.

Since the 0.1 Ohm current sensing resistors are different, the current sensing should be calibrated as per mainboard.

You need a series of resistors for this board. The actual resistance does not matter. We just compare the sensor reading with the digital multimeter or power monitor reading.
