From the project
Steve the bartending robot, PCB Rev 3
Steve the bartending robot is a robotic drink maker, capable of dispensing 24 different liquids for mixing cocktails.
The schematics and layout were created with KiCad
The board can also be ordered directly from OSHPARK here.
The bill of materials for the PCB, pumps, and wire harness for the pumps is available on octopart here.
The design also requires a 12V, 4A+ power supply with a 5.5x2.1mm barrel jack, and a USB-C cable, for USB 2.0 data.

Steve v3: common questions
What microcontroller does the Steve v3 use?
The Steve v3 is built around the ATmega32U4RC-AU, from the AVR/Arduino family.
How big is the Steve v3 PCB?
The Steve v3 measures 88.9 × 94.6 mm and is 1.6002 mm thick.
How many components are on the Steve v3?
102 components, from 22 distinct parts. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the Steve v3 design files?
From the Marcus10110/steve-v3 repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the Steve v3 design in my own project?
The repository has no license, so all rights stay with Marcus10110. Use it as a reference, and ask the author before reusing the design.
Can I test firmware for the Steve v3 without the hardware?
Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug AVR/Arduino firmware against it before you order a PCB.
