About the Foc driver PCB
Foc driver is an open source PCB design by memirmakar, published on GitHub. It is a board, with 66 components from 18 distinct parts.
Other key parts include the DRV8300DPWR and INA240A2D. By type, the board carries 20 capacitors, 19 resistors, 9 transistors, 8 diodes, 4 ICs and 2 connectors.
It belongs with the robotics & motion designs in this gallery.
From the project
Closed-loop FOC driver for 2-phase steppers, BLDC/PMSM and brushed DC motors. 4 half-bridges (2× DRV8300 + CSD19534Q5A), 36–48 V, 5 A continuous, STM32G431RBT6, CAN-FD.

Driver split: U3 drives HB1+HB2+HB3, U4 drives HB4. A BLDC-only board can be built with a single DRV8300 (U4, Q7, Q8 and the HB4 parts are DNP; they carry a Variant field in the schematic).
The schematics are generated: run python3 tools/build.py, then verify with kicad-cli sch export netlist + python3 tools/checknet.py `. Edits made directly in KiCad are overwritten by the next build.

Foc driver: common questions
How many components are on the Foc driver?
66 components, from 18 distinct parts. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the Foc driver design files?
From the memirmakar/foc-driver repository on GitHub, which has the schematic; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the Foc driver design in my own project?
The repository has no license, so all rights stay with memirmakar. Use it as a reference, and ask the author before reusing the design.
