About the Mage PCB

Mage is an open source PCB design by mosswg, published on GitHub under the MIT license. It is a 2-layer board measuring 144.8 × 143.8 mm, with 79 components from 10 distinct parts.

Other key parts include the MCP23017-E/SO and SeeeduinoXIAO. By type, the board carries 64 switches, 8 resistors, 5 ICs and 2 connectors.

It belongs with the keyboards designs in this gallery.

From the project

The Mage keyboard. A split keyboard with 64 keys. Made with no resistors, only I/O expanders. Currently working on V2.

The configurator tool will then be in the build folder as 'mage_configurator'.

Additionally, many commands take an `` argument. This tells the command which config to reference. There are 16 configs to choose from and they can be switch with the CONFIG0-CONFIGF keys.

Uploads the default config (defined in configurator/serial.h). Does not save the config.

Saves the working config to the given index. If no index is provided saves to the current config index.
