From the project

Automotive-Grade Power Supply Design (12V to 3.3V)

Designed a robust, AEC-Q compliant non-isolated synchronous buck converter optimized for harsh automotive environments. Strictly constrained to a 2-layer PCB layout in KiCad, this project prioritizes electromagnetic compatibility (EMI/EMC), thermal efficiency, and high-yield manufacturing reliability.

Automotive Firewall Implementation: Engineered a front-end protection circuit featuring load dump clamping (up to 36V via TVS diode), reverse polarity protection, and a pi-filter to suppress conducted emissions. Component & Topology Selection: Implemented the TI TPS560430XF-Q1 synchronous buck…
