Work on LBL Zest PCB design

This v1.2 is purposefully uses the exact same traces/via/zone as v1.1, ## Except

The simple R/C/L footprints use the built-in footprints from KiCad, so those pad sizes are slightly different from the original Gerber.

The other footprints are directly downloaded from different online repos, including digikey.com and snapeda.com.

I can not include the footprint files because they are not licensed for redistribution.

Zest: common questions

How big is the Zest PCB?

The Zest measures 110 × 181.8 mm, has 8 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.

How many components are on the Zest?

410 components, from 73 distinct parts. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.

Where can I download the Zest design files?

From the osprey-dcs/zest repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout and the schematic; the links under Design files point to each one.

Can I use the Zest design in my own project?

It is published under Custom license, which limits how it may be reused; read the license before building on it.
