About the Line injector PCB

Line injector is an open source PCB design by PatrickBaus, published on GitHub under the CERN-OHL-W-2.0 license. It is a 2-layer board measuring 120 × 100 mm, with 19 components from 11 distinct parts.

By type, the board carries 7 connectors, 6 capacitors, 4 resistors and 1 transistor.

It belongs with the power & battery and test & measurement designs in this gallery.

From the project

A line injector for PSRR measurements.

Key Features: Bandwidth (-3 dB): 6 Hz - 35 MHz (into 50 Ω) Passband transfer function is about 0.95 V/V (@ 5V) and 0.975 V/V (@ 15V) Maximum input voltage: 50 V Maximum current: 5 A * Remote sensing inputs to compensate for the voltage drop over the MOSFET

Additionally, a report from the Bode 100 VNA used to characterize the injector can be found here.
