KiCad port of the Adafruit DS3231 breakout: precision real-time clock

A breakout board for the DS3231, a precision real-time clock with a built-in temperature-compensated crystal and a CR1220 coin cell that keeps the time without power. It is a KiCad 10 port of Adafruit's DS3231 breakout, originally drawn in Eagle.

In the solar cooker testing station, the firmware (arduino-code) reads the date and time from it over I²C to stamp every measurement and to name the CSV files on the microSD card.
