Thermal io link condition sensor is an open source PCB design by w1ne, published on GitHub under the MIT license. It is a board, with 1 components from 1 distinct parts.
It belongs with the sensors designs in this gallery.
From the project
An MLX90640 thermal camera and an ESP32-C3 classify a machine's thermal fingerprint on-edge and report a STABLE/WARN/FAULT verdict over IO-Link. The firmware is booted on the open LabWired engine and the page is verified only if the run passes its acceptance checks; Export to GitHub turns it into a self-verifying repo.

- Continue in proto.cat — https://proto.cat/d/0622bc20 - Re-verify with LabWired — CI re-runs the build against the open LabWired engine on every push (downloads the pinned engine binary + chip descriptors, then labwired test). See .github/workflows/verify.yml.
