About the ESPProg to altera PCB

ESPProg to altera is an open source PCB design by wormyrocks, published on GitHub. It is a 2-layer board measuring 27.3 × 27.3 mm, with 2 components from 2 distinct parts.

It belongs with the usb & debug tools designs in this gallery.

From the project

Adapter to turn an ESP-Prog into an inexpensive FPGA programmer for use with openFPGALoader.

The FT2232HL on the ESP-Prog supports JTAG/MPSSE, which means you can use it to flash an FPGA using openFPGALoader.

This board can be ordered assembled from JLCPCB using the gerbers and BOM included in the release/ directory. Or you can hand solder it, obviously.

It works. Tested with Waveshare CoreEP4CE6.

openFPGALoader -c ft2232 --fpga-part ep4ce622 -f [binary].rbf
