About the Saintcon-2026-minibadge PCB

Saintcon-2026-minibadge is an open source AVR/Arduino PCB design by ZeroStack-Labs, published on GitHub under the MIT license. It is a 2-layer board measuring 25.4 × 25.4 mm, with 7 components from 5 distinct parts.

Its main chip is the ATtiny402-SS, from the AVR/Arduino family. By type, the board carries 2 diodes, 2 resistors, 1 IC and 1 capacitor.

From the project

Custom SAINTCON-compatible MiniBadge featuring an ATtiny402, dual breathing LEDs, a two-color 3D-printed topper, and a custom UPDI programming jig.

A custom SAINTCON-compatible MiniBadge designed as a ZeroStack Labs hardware/firmware learning project.

This project combines PCB design, embedded firmware, 3D printing, mechanical design, and custom fabrication into a small badge intended for use with the SAINTCON MiniBadge ecosystem.

The finished design features an ATtiny402 microcontroller, two green LEDs, a custom two-color 3D-printed topper, and a dedicated UPDI programming/test jig.
