About the Hitl rack PCB

Hitl rack is an open source STM32 PCB design by aeremin, published on GitHub. It is a 2-layer board measuring 51 × 65 mm, with 14 components from 11 distinct parts.

Its main chip is the STM32F411CEUX, from the STM32 family. By type, the board carries 3 LEDs, 3 resistors, 1 IC and 1 capacitor.

It belongs with the iot & wireless designs in this gallery.

Hitl rack: common questions

What microcontroller does the Hitl rack use?

The Hitl rack is built around the STM32F411CEUX, from the STM32 family.

How big is the Hitl rack PCB?

The Hitl rack measures 51 × 65 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.

How many components are on the Hitl rack?

14 components, from 11 distinct parts, with part numbers taken from the project's own BOM. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.

Where can I download the Hitl rack design files?

From the aeremin/firefly_zephyr repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout, the schematic and the BOM; the links under Design files point to each one.

Can I use the Hitl rack design in my own project?

The repository has no license, so all rights stay with aeremin. Use it as a reference, and ask the author before reusing the design.

Can I test firmware for the Hitl rack without the hardware?

Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug STM32 firmware against it before you order a PCB.
