About the Snake pcb business card

Snake pcb business card is an open source STM32 PCB design by alex1324575, published on GitHub. It is a 2-layer board measuring 85.6 × 54 mm, with 126 components from 22 distinct parts.

Its main chip is the STM32G030K8T6, from the STM32 family. Other key parts include the IS31FL3737-QFLS4-TR, TLV75533PDBVR, ST25TN01K-AFH5 and TPD2E2U06DCKR. By type, the board carries 91 diodes, 13 resistors, 11 capacitors, 5 ICs, 5 switches and 1 connector.

It belongs with the displays & leds designs in this gallery.

From the project

STM32-powered PCB business card with a 10x9 LED Snake game, USB-C power, and passive NFC. KiCad hardware, C firmware, and verification reports.

A playable business card built around a 10 × 9 LED matrix, an STM32 microcontroller, and a single game of Snake.

USB-C power. Five buttons. Ninety LEDs. A business card you can actually play.

The front combines a compact game interface with a clean nameplate. The back carries a QR code, a passive NFC antenna, and programming pads. The design uses black solder mask, white silkscreen, and an ENIG finish on a 0.8 mm board.

Snake pcb business card: common questions

What microcontroller does the Snake pcb business card use?

The Snake pcb business card is built around the STM32G030K8T6, from the STM32 family.

How big is the Snake pcb business card?

The Snake pcb business card measures 85.6 × 54 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 0.8 mm thick.

How many components are on the Snake pcb business card?

126 components, from 22 distinct parts, with part numbers taken from the project's own BOM. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.

Where can I download the Snake pcb business card design files?

From the alex1324575/snake-pcb-business-card repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout, the schematic and the BOM; the links under Design files point to each one.

Can I use the Snake pcb business card design in my own project?

The repository has no license, so all rights stay with alex1324575. Use it as a reference, and ask the author before reusing the design.

Can I test firmware for the Snake pcb business card without the hardware?

Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug STM32 firmware against it before you order a PCB.
