About the Third part PCB

Third part is an open source PCB design by bchethan24, published on GitHub under the MIT license. It is a 2-layer board measuring 80 × 67.5 mm, with 10 components from 8 distinct parts.

By type, the board carries 3 diodes, 2 connectors, 2 capacitors and 1 resistor.

It belongs with the power & battery designs in this gallery.

From the project

A fully custom-built Solar Powered Electric Fence Circuit designed by ECE project team. The system uses a solar panel to charge a 12V battery via an LM317L regulator and generates controlled high-voltage pulses using a CD4047 astable multivibrator (f = 46–58 Hz). IRF3205 MOSFETs drive a step-up transformer to deliver electric pulses along the fence

A high-voltage, renewable energy-based perimeter security system using CD4047 pulse generation and MOSFET power switching.

This project features a fully custom-built Solar Powered Electric Fence, designed to deliver controlled, safe high-voltage pulses for agricultural and perimeter protection. It integrates a solar charging system with a battery backup to ensure 24/7 off-grid operation without reliance on the power grid.
