About the ULNA-Lband-2S PCB

ULNA-Lband-2S is an open source PCB design by cfbird, published on GitHub under the MIT license. It is a 4-layer board measuring 60 × 35 mm, with 68 components from 39 distinct parts.

Other key parts include the SKY67151-396LF and LT3042EDD#TRPBF. By type, the board carries 30 capacitors, 15 resistors, 12 inductors, 3 ICs, 3 connectors and 2 diodes.

It belongs with the audio designs in this gallery.

From the project

Two-stage ultra-low-noise amplifier for 1.0 – 2.2 GHz, built around a pair of Skyworks SKY67151-396LF GaAs pHEMT LNAs. SMA edge-launch in and out, powered over the output coax through an on-board bias-T, 60 × 35 mm, 4 layers.

Four band tunes share one PCB — only three component values change. See DESIGN_NOTES.md §5.

Everything downstream of gen/netlist.py — schematic, PCB, BOM, preview — is emitted from one design database. Placement of the RF chain is solved, not hand-typed, so clearances are guaranteed rather than eyeballed.
