About the UM-TSS PCB

UM-TSS is an open source PCB design by cmos-droner, published on GitHub under the MIT license. It is a 2-layer board measuring 100 × 91 mm, with 74 components from 26 distinct parts.

Other key parts include the TL072, 40106 and LM7805CT. By type, the board carries 26 capacitors, 23 resistors, 14 diodes, 6 ICs and 1 inductor.

From the project

This is a circuit by Jacob Watters (check the original block post), I just did the PCB-layout. In agreement with Jacob this is released here as open hardware. Hopefully you enjoy the project and maybe you can even improve it!

UM-TSS: common questions

How big is the UM-TSS PCB?

The UM-TSS measures 100 × 91 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.

How many components are on the UM-TSS?

74 components, from 26 distinct parts. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.

Where can I download the UM-TSS design files?

From the cmos-droner/UM-TSS repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout; the links under Design files point to each one.

Can I use the UM-TSS design in my own project?

Yes, under the terms of its MIT license, which cmos-droner chose for the repository.
