About the PCB-reflow solder table

PCB-reflow solder table is an open source STM32 PCB design by DerSpatz, published on GitHub under the MIT license. It is a 2-layer board measuring 100 × 100 mm, with 77 components from 37 distinct parts.

Its main chip is the STM32G030Fx, from the STM32 family. Other key parts include the IP2721, 78M33, INA180A2, IRS44273L and ITR8307-S17-TR8. By type, the board carries 26 capacitors, 22 resistors, 7 ICs, 5 diodes, 4 switches and 3 connectors.

Table version of the PCB heat plate with advanced features and swappable heat plate

This design is not yet tested and was not built yet. Currently there's no firmware yet. I am not able to write the code, so feel free to contribute.

Schematic is pretty well documented, you can find most info you'll need there.

Todo: - write firmware - check actual mechanical device - write better readme ;-)

Send me a message if you need gerbers for the actual heat plate.

PCB-reflow solder table: common questions

What microcontroller does the PCB-reflow solder table use?

The PCB-reflow solder table is built around the STM32G030Fx, from the STM32 family.

How big is the PCB-reflow solder table?

The PCB-reflow solder table measures 100 × 100 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.

How many components are on the PCB-reflow solder table?

77 components, from 37 distinct parts. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.

Where can I download the PCB-reflow solder table design files?

From the DerSpatz/PCB-reflow-solder-table repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout and the schematic; the links under Design files point to each one.

Can I use the PCB-reflow solder table design in my own project?

Yes, under the terms of its MIT license, which DerSpatz chose for the repository.

Can I test firmware for the PCB-reflow solder table without the hardware?

Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug STM32 firmware against it before you order a PCB.
