About the ADV7280-Raspi shield
ADV7280-Raspi shield is an open source Raspberry Pi PCB design by e-zsche, published on GitHub. It is a 4-layer board measuring 65 × 56 mm, with 68 components from 26 distinct parts.
Its main chip is the Raspberry_Pi_2_3, from the Raspberry Pi family. Other key parts include the AP3445 and ADV28x-M. By type, the board carries 30 capacitors, 15 resistors, 9 connectors, 7 inductors, 4 diodes and 2 ICs.
It belongs with the dev boards & breakouts designs in this gallery.
From the project
Raspberry pi shiel built around the ADV7280 analog video decoder IC. Connection to raspberry pi over MIPI CSI-2 interface. FFC/FPC connector on the shield has the same pinout as the pi camera connector.

One huge advantage the ADV7280 has over similiar analog video decoders is that the drivers are already present in the standard raspberry pi linux kernel. All you have to do is enable the driver in the config.txt file. This shield is more or less plug'n'play.
