A stripped-down spin of MeetingHub-4: only the microphone selector. One headset microphone is routed to exactly one of four notebooks, KVM-style, with four buttons. There is no audio/monitor path — you split each notebook with a TRRS Y-cable and monitor all four on an external mixer.
- Route: the headset mic (J6 tip) goes to the NO contact of all four signal relays K1–K4, commoned. Each relay's COM goes to one notebook's mic jack (J2–J5); its NC goes through a 2.2 kΩ resistor (R20–R23) to ground. Energise Kn → notebook n gets the headset mic. De-energise it → that notebook's mic pin sees 2.2…

MeetingHub-4: common questions
How big is the MeetingHub-4 PCB?
The MeetingHub-4 measures 106 × 86 mm, has 4 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.
How many components are on the MeetingHub-4?
73 components, from 19 distinct parts, with part numbers taken from the project's own BOM. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the MeetingHub-4 design files?
From the facarvalho/MeetingHub-4 repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout, the schematic and the BOM; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the MeetingHub-4 design in my own project?
It is published under Custom license, which limits how it may be reused; read the license before building on it.
