About the Floppy board 3.0
Floppy board 3.0 is an open source STM32 PCB design by FloppyO1, published on GitHub under the CERN-OHL-S-2.0 license. It is a 2-layer board measuring 20.5 × 41.2 mm, with 33 components from 23 distinct parts.
Its main chip is the STM32G03XXXXX, from the STM32 family. Other key parts include the AT24C32, H7233-1 and CH340N. By type, the board carries 9 capacitors, 7 resistors, 5 diodes, 4 ICs, 3 jumpers and 2 connectors.
It belongs with the dev boards & breakouts designs in this gallery, and the repository also holds 1 earlier revision of it.
From the project
Floppy Boards are a series of breakout boards for rapid prototyping which I developed as an alternative of Arduino.
The third version of the Floppy Board, this board has incorporated all possible improvements regarding the interface between the Floppy Board and the computer. In this version, it excels over the others in the following aspects:
- The last upgrade includes a USB-C port, allowing you to power our projects and load firmware directly without the need for an ST-Link. - Additionally, the board has been further downsized, featuring two holes on each side when inserted into a breadboard! - I've added a pin where you can access the incoming 5V voltage from the USB , enabling you to power external…
