About the Just Cuz Logging Current Meter PCB
Just Cuz Logging Current Meter is an open source RP2040/RP2350 PCB design by JustCuzRobotics, published on GitHub under the CC-BY-NC-4.0 license. It is a 4-layer board measuring 95 × 62 mm, with 39 components from 23 distinct parts.
Its main chip is the RP2040-Zero, from the RP2040/RP2350 family. Other key parts include the ACS770KCB-150U-PFF-T. By type, the board carries 17 resistors, 11 capacitors, 3 connectors, 2 ICs, 2 switches and 1 jumper.
From the project
A 150 A / 60 V inline power meter and datalogger for RC ESC test benches, a WM150-class meter with live logging, a graphing touchscreen, and thermistor plus ESC-signal channels.
A 150 A / 60 V inline power meter and datalogger for RC ESC test benches, a WM150-class meter with live logging, a graphing touchscreen, and thermistor plus ESC-signal channels.
Status: Rev A built, assembled and brought up (2026-08-25). Display, capacitive touch, all four analog channels, backlight and the ESC output all work. Voltage and thermistor are calibrated. Two known Rev A faults: the buttons are dead (footprint pad mapping) and JP1 ships open. See "Known open items". Bring-up firmware is in firmware/.
