Wall-E-artiger Schreibtisch-Begleiter: Ampel fuer Claude Code & Downloads, Motorfader, Augen-Displays. ESP32-S3, Swift, KiCad, 3D-Druck.

Regeln (JLCPCB 2-Lagen): Leiterbahn ≥ 0,2 mm, Abstand ≥ 0,2 mm, Via 0,8/0,4 mm, Rand 0,3 mm. Netzklassen: Power 1,5 mm (Mainboard) / 1,0 mm, Motor 0,8 mm, 3V3 0,8 mm, Default 0,3 mm. Massefläche beidseitig, Sperrzone unter der DevKit-Antenne.

Die Erstversion aller Dateien wurde aus gen/boards.py erzeugt — eine Tabelle „Bauteil → Pin → Netz → Position“. So sind Schaltplan, Layout und netlist.json per Konstruktion identisch, und tools/test-kicad.sh prüft das gegen KiCads eigene Netzliste.
