From the project

This project adds a USB 2.0 ULPI PHY and HDMI output to the Antminer S9 Zynq-7010 control board, turning surplus mining hardware into a reliable low-cost FPGA and embedded Linux development platform.

Following the global mining boom, large numbers of used Antminer S9 control boards have become widely available on secondary markets for as little as $5–30. These boards, originally built to control cryptocurrency mining equipment, are based on the well-documented Xilinx Zynq-7010 (XC7Z010) SoC and include:

- Exposed PS–PL interface pins, some of which are connected to various peripherals
