About the Bmacro Dial PCB

Bmacro Dial is an open source PCB design by KipJM, published on GitHub under the CERN-OHL-W-2.0 license. It is a 2-layer board measuring 50 × 50 mm, with 25 components from 21 distinct parts.

Other key parts include the MT6701CT and TMC6300. By type, the board carries 13 test points, 6 capacitors, 4 connectors and 2 ICs.

It belongs with the keyboards and robotics & motion designs in this gallery.

From the project

An open source, smaller, more configurable, and more capabable video editing keyboard based on the raspberry Pi Pico 2W.

A bluetooth-capable condensed macro keyboard with a motorized jog wheel, powered by a Raspberry Pi Pico 2W.

Supports remappable keyboard input, smooth scrolling, MIDI input, or driverless Davinci Resolve control through reverse-engineered HID emulation.

Each key is a hotswappable MX-style plateless switch with a reverse-mounted addressable RGB LED. The 2u and 1.5u in/out clips/timeline keys also feature screw-mount stabilizers.
