About the PowerSupplyConnector PCB

PowerSupplyConnector is an open source PCB design by kms15, published on GitHub. It is a 2-layer board measuring 85 × 73.5 mm, with 9 components from 5 distinct parts.

Other key parts include the NE12S0A0V10. By type, the board carries 5 connectors, 2 capacitors, 1 IC and 1 resistor.

It belongs with the power & battery designs in this gallery.

From the project

Extension cable for a proprietary Supermicro power supply

This project is an extension cable for a Super Micro PWS-1K66P-1R power supply. This power supply has a 40mm fan which is quite loud, but the design of many servers does not leave enough space around the power supply to replace this fan with a larger (and quieter) fan. The connector on this power supply is a proprietary 2x25 contact PCB edge connector that carries high (133 Amp) currents, and thus needs a custom extension cable to move the power supply out of the case to somewhere with more space.
