About the Redone-3k v2 PCB
Redone-3k v2 is an open source AVR/Arduino PCB design by kzrtn, published on GitHub. It is a 2-layer board measuring 57.5 × 52.2 mm, with 31 components from 18 distinct parts.
Its main chip is the ATMEGA32U2-AU, from the AVR/Arduino family. Other key parts include the PRTR5V0U2X. By type, the board carries 11 capacitors, 6 resistors, 5 diodes, 2 ICs, 1 crystal and 1 fuse.
It belongs with the keyboards designs in this gallery.

A simple 3 key QMK hotswap keypad for osu!
Changes: - Removed in-key LEDs - Changed north facing switches to south facing - Switch pins were changed from B4, B6, B7 to B7, C7, C6 - Removed unnecessary vias.
This means that what is put up here is untested. However if you've tried producing this and everything checks out (it should, changes were very minor) please send me an email at jolene.tkk@gmail.com or contact me somehow. I'll update this page and/or fix any issues raised.

Redone-3k v2: common questions
What microcontroller does the Redone-3k v2 use?
The Redone-3k v2 is built around the ATMEGA32U2-AU, from the AVR/Arduino family.
How big is the Redone-3k v2 PCB?
The Redone-3k v2 measures 57.5 × 52.2 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.
How many components are on the Redone-3k v2?
31 components, from 18 distinct parts, with part numbers taken from the project's own BOM. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the Redone-3k v2 design files?
From the kzrtn/unnamed-3k-v2 repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout and the BOM; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the Redone-3k v2 design in my own project?
The repository has no license, so all rights stay with kzrtn. Use it as a reference, and ask the author before reusing the design.
Can I test firmware for the Redone-3k v2 without the hardware?
Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug AVR/Arduino firmware against it before you order a PCB.
