About the Sq0xx PCB
Sq0xx is an open source RP2040/RP2350 PCB design by manniefesto, published on GitHub. It is a 2-layer board measuring 196.1 × 147.9 mm, with 22 components from 8 distinct parts.
Its main chip is the Pico, from the RP2040/RP2350 family. Other key parts include the SW_SPST. By type, the board carries 2 crystals, 1 IC, 1 module, 1 connector, 1 speaker and 1 inductor.
It belongs with the keyboards designs in this gallery.
From the project
I've printed and tested V1, there are some fixes in the V2 case files that are untested but should work just fine.

Increased the size of the inset to make a tighter fit. Moved the magnets closer together.

Sq0xx: common questions
What microcontroller does the Sq0xx use?
The Sq0xx is built around the Pico, from the RP2040/RP2350 family.
How big is the Sq0xx PCB?
The Sq0xx measures 196.1 × 147.9 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.
How many components are on the Sq0xx?
22 components, from 8 distinct parts. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the Sq0xx design files?
From the manniefesto/sq0xx repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the Sq0xx design in my own project?
The repository has no license, so all rights stay with manniefesto. Use it as a reference, and ask the author before reusing the design.
Can I test firmware for the Sq0xx without the hardware?
Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug RP2040/RP2350 firmware against it before you order a PCB.
