About the TTW AT 90 PCB

TTW AT 90 is an open source PCB design by NatLabRockies, published on GitHub under the CERN-OHL-P-2.0 license. It is a 2-layer board measuring 150 × 38 mm, with 1 components from 1 distinct parts.

It belongs with the power & battery designs in this gallery.

From the project

"Transition to Wire" TTW hardware project - A method for connecting solar research samples with fragile interconnects to robust, weatherproof and consistent commercial connectors.

Design files are also available if you wish to modify an existing design to meet your specific needs. These PCBs were drafted in KiCAD.

Mating connectors are available in a variety of options and colors. All connectors are from the Amphenol AT series and are available with multiple pin options accommodating different wire sizes. The black and gray connectors seem to hold up well outdoors in sun. Each connector requires a housing, four pins and a retention wedge. Highlighted socket is recommended for most use cases.
