About the LED PCB
LED is an open source PCB design by Pegoku, published on GitHub under the GPL-3.0 license. It is a 2-layer board measuring 80 × 80 mm, with 28 components from 7 distinct parts.
Other key parts include the AL5802-7. By type, the board carries 16 diodes, 4 ICs, 4 resistors, 2 transistors and 1 connector.
It belongs with the iot & wireless and sensors designs in this gallery.
From the project
Smart esp32-powered desk lamp
This is a home assistant controlled CWWW desk lamp with capacitive touch buttons, made with ESPHome and ESP32-C3.
I made this project as I wanted to learn more about capacitive touch sensors and how to use them with ESPHome. I also wanted to make a simple desk lamp that could be controlled with Home Assistant.
- Capacitive touch buttons to control the brightness and color temperature of the LEDs. - Home Assistant integration.

LED: common questions
How big is the LED PCB?
The LED measures 80 × 80 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.
How many components are on the LED?
28 components, from 7 distinct parts, with part numbers taken from the project's own BOM. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the LED design files?
From the Pegoku/Smart-desk-lamp repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout, the schematic and the BOM; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the LED design in my own project?
Yes, under the terms of its GPL-3.0 license, which Pegoku chose for the repository.
