About the Levitas PCB
Levitas is an open source RP2040/RP2350 PCB design by PisterLab, published on GitHub. It is a 2-layer board measuring 193 × 83.8 mm, with 39 components from 20 distinct parts.
Its main chip is the Pico, from the RP2040/RP2350 family. Other key parts include the HV264, Q025-5C, MAX5715 and MPU-6050 breakout. By type, the board carries 9 resistors, 8 capacitors, 6 connectors, 5 ICs, 4 fuses and 4 diodes.
From the project
PCB test platform for MEMS high voltage control and capacitive sensing, including the LeviTAS project
Generate PCB gerbers according to https://www.pcbway.com/blog/helpcenter/GenerateGerberfilefrom_Kicad.html - use copper, paste, silkscreen, mask, edge.cuts - uncheck "use extended x2 format" - drill file with "minimal header" and "suppress leading zeros"
When ordering: - remove label option - extra urgent
Attached for board leveling and reference data.
Using breakout board instead of individual chip because I don't trust my soldering for something that small.

Levitas: common questions
What microcontroller does the Levitas use?
The Levitas is built around the Pico, from the RP2040/RP2350 family.
How big is the Levitas PCB?
The Levitas measures 193 × 83.8 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.
How many components are on the Levitas?
39 components, from 20 distinct parts. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the Levitas design files?
From the PisterLab/levitas-pcb repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout and the schematic; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the Levitas design in my own project?
The repository has no license, so all rights stay with PisterLab. Use it as a reference, and ask the author before reusing the design.
Can I test firmware for the Levitas without the hardware?
Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug RP2040/RP2350 firmware against it before you order a PCB.
