About the Ampselector PCB

Ampselector is an open source PCB design by ravinder-Olivier, published on GitHub. It is a 2-layer board measuring 85 × 100 mm, with 22 components from 5 distinct parts.

Other key parts include the MOUDLE-SEEEDUINO-XIAO and ER_OLEDM0.91_1x-I2C. By type, the board carries 10 switches, 10 diodes and 2 ICs.

It belongs with the audio, keyboards and displays & leds designs in this gallery.

From the project

Guitar Rig 7 centric macropad

Ampselector is a 8 key + two encoder macropad designed to be used for Guitar Rig 7. For actions such as switching between amps or effects presets.

Built using a RP2040 microcontroller in the form of the SEEED STUDIO XIAO, and powered by custom software built on QMK.

Ampselector: common questions

How big is the Ampselector PCB?

The Ampselector measures 85 × 100 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.

How many components are on the Ampselector?

22 components, from 5 distinct parts, with part numbers taken from the project's own BOM. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.

Where can I download the Ampselector design files?

From the ravinder-Olivier/ampselector repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout, the schematic and the BOM; the links under Design files point to each one.

Can I use the Ampselector design in my own project?

The repository has no license, so all rights stay with ravinder-Olivier. Use it as a reference, and ask the author before reusing the design.
