From the project
A 4-channel E-Stim.
This project is a work in-progress. Changes to the design might occur. Order PCBs at your own risk..
The SW32 is a 4-channel E-Stim box based around the MK312 box. Focusing on a modern and compact redesign. It supports USB Type-C PD charging with a variety of batteries such as Li-Ion, Li-Poly, or Lead Acid.
Controlling and interacting with the box can be achieved in numerous ways. Such as the front panel controls, USB, Bluetooth/A2DP, or via Wi-Fi using the internally hosted web app.

SW32: common questions
What microcontroller does the SW32 use?
The SW32 is built around the C111212, from the ESP32 family.
How big is the SW32 PCB?
The SW32 measures 189.2 × 48.9 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.
How many components are on the SW32?
57 components, from 44 distinct parts, with part numbers taken from the project's own BOM. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the SW32 design files?
From the saawsm/SW32 repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout, the schematic and the BOM; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the SW32 design in my own project?
Yes, under the terms of its GPL-3.0 license, which saawsm chose for the repository.
Can I test firmware for the SW32 without the hardware?
Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug ESP32 firmware against it before you order a PCB.
