User Port Cartridge for the Commodore 16, 116 and Plus/4

... None of them except this project, of course! :) 16UP will plug into the Expansion Port and "convert" it to a User Port that will be mostly compatible with that featured on the Plus/4. It can also be used on a Plus/4 in order to gain an extra User Port.
