About the Modular synthesizer PCB
Modular synthesizer is an open source PCB design by Veyniac, published on GitHub under the CC-BY-NC-4.0 license. It is a board, with 59 components from 22 distinct parts.
Other key parts include the SKMW30F-5 and SKMW30F-12. By type, the board carries 21 connectors, 11 capacitors, 8 test points, 5 diodes, 4 ICs and 4 resistors.
It belongs with the audio and power & battery designs in this gallery.
From the project
Code and schematics for my DIY modular synthesizer
This is a power supply designed for use with a modular Eurorack synthesizer system. It is designed to deliver high power with low noise, while maintaining a commpact form factor.
WARNING: this is an advanced project. Do not attempt this without a basic knowledge of electronics and through-hole soldering. I take no responsibility for my supply blowing up your expensive gear. I am doing this for fun and for free, and am liable to make mistakes. However, I have been using this supply with my system for over a month now, and have had no issues so far.

Modular synthesizer: common questions
How many components are on the Modular synthesizer?
59 components, from 22 distinct parts, with part numbers taken from the project's own BOM. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the Modular synthesizer design files?
From the Veyniac/modular-synthesizer repository on GitHub, which has the schematic and the BOM; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the Modular synthesizer design in my own project?
It is published under CC-BY-NC-4.0, which limits how it may be reused; read the license before building on it.
