A 65% keyboard PCB, featuring an array of layouts and features, powered by STM32F072

See this page for the Anticheww documentation.

Anticheww was conceived as an experiment on how many layouts one can support in a single PCB. The current (v2.0.8) version is a universal 65% PCB, compatible with TADA68 and KBD67 (rev. 1 was tested and working, not tested with rev. 2 yet) supporting per-key lighting using single-color LEDs, RGB underglow using WS2812C RGB LEDs, rotary encoders and a multitude of layouts:

Anticheww: common questions

What microcontroller does the Anticheww use?

The Anticheww is built around the STM32F072CBT6, from the STM32 family.

How big is the Anticheww PCB?

The Anticheww measures 303.2 × 94.2 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.

How many components are on the Anticheww?

419 components, from 121 distinct parts. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.

Where can I download the Anticheww design files?

From the AcheronProject/Anticheww repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout and the schematic; the links under Design files point to each one.

Can I use the Anticheww design in my own project?

It is published under Custom license, which limits how it may be reused; read the license before building on it.

Can I test firmware for the Anticheww without the hardware?

Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug STM32 firmware against it before you order a PCB.
