This repo contains open source hardware information for AnyLeaf ELRS receivers

This repo contains published hardware information for the AnyLeaf ELRS receivers. It contains schematics, KiCad schematic and PCB layout files, and production files (Gerbers, drill files, bill of materials (BOM), and pick+place files). If you have any questions or concerns, please post a Github issue here, or contact us at anyleaf@anyleaf.org.

Images of the schematics are provided as PNG files in the main repo; this is the easiest way to view the schematics.

Dual radio: common questions

What microcontroller does the Dual radio use?

The Dual radio is built around the ESP32-PICO-V3, from the RP2040/RP2350 family.

How big is the Dual radio PCB?

The Dual radio measures 37.7 × 37.7 mm, has 4 copper layers and is 4.69 mm thick.

How many components are on the Dual radio?

50 components, from 37 distinct parts, with part numbers taken from the project's own BOM. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.

Where can I download the Dual radio design files?

From the AnyLeaf/elrs-hardware repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout and the BOM; the links under Design files point to each one.

Can I use the Dual radio design in my own project?

Yes, under the terms of its MIT license, which AnyLeaf chose for the repository.

Can I test firmware for the Dual radio without the hardware?

Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug RP2040/RP2350 firmware against it before you order a PCB.
