About the ReaperBoard PCB
ReaperBoard is an open source RP2040/RP2350 PCB design by aryatajne28, published on GitHub. It is a 2-layer board measuring 360 × 130 mm, with 349 components from 15 distinct parts.
Its main chip is the Pico, from the RP2040/RP2350 family. By type, the board carries 172 diodes, 88 capacitors, 85 switches, 2 resistors, 1 IC and 1 connector.
It belongs with the keyboards and displays & leds designs in this gallery.
From the project
A Tenkeyless Custom Designed Mechanical
Features: - 85x keys! - Compact layout most suitable for coding. - 87 RGB Neopixel, keep those RGB Animations coming... - 0.91" OLED display to display anything you want. - KMK firmware to edit those keymaps and all sorts of customization options. - I preferred Tenkeyless design, because I already made a full-size Numpad in Hackpad V2!
The case was designed in Fusion360 by refering to the Hackpad case designing guide!

ReaperBoard: common questions
What microcontroller does the ReaperBoard use?
The ReaperBoard is built around the Pico, from the RP2040/RP2350 family.
How big is the ReaperBoard PCB?
The ReaperBoard measures 360 × 130 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.
How many components are on the ReaperBoard?
349 components, from 15 distinct parts, with part numbers taken from the project's own BOM. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the ReaperBoard design files?
From the aryatajne28/ReaperBoard repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout, the schematic and the BOM; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the ReaperBoard design in my own project?
The repository has no license, so all rights stay with aryatajne28. Use it as a reference, and ask the author before reusing the design.
Can I test firmware for the ReaperBoard without the hardware?
Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug RP2040/RP2350 firmware against it before you order a PCB.
