It was originally designed, tested, and even a few were sold by me in 2019.
You can see the original product page for it on my website.
You are now free to do whatever you like with this design and the firmware for it - except selling it. You are expressly forbidden to use these designs to create a product that you then go on to resell, unless I have given you written permission otherwise.

Teletext decoder: common questions
What microcontroller does the Teletext decoder use?
The Teletext decoder is built around the ATmega328-P, from the AVR/Arduino family.
How big is the Teletext decoder PCB?
The Teletext decoder measures 119.4 × 116.8 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.
How many components are on the Teletext decoder?
74 components, from 42 distinct parts, with part numbers taken from the project's own BOM. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the Teletext decoder design files?
From the avrovulcanxh607/teletext-decoder repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout, the schematic and the BOM; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the Teletext decoder design in my own project?
The repository has no license, so all rights stay with avrovulcanxh607. Use it as a reference, and ask the author before reusing the design.
Can I test firmware for the Teletext decoder without the hardware?
Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug AVR/Arduino firmware against it before you order a PCB.
