About the GP2Y0D8xxZ0F PCB

GP2Y0D8xxZ0F is an open source PCB design by bobboteck, published on GitHub under the MIT license. It is a 2-layer board measuring 26.7 × 24.1 mm, with 9 components from 8 distinct parts.

Other key parts include the GP2Y0D81xZ0F. By type, the board carries 3 capacitors, 2 resistors, 1 IC, 1 connector, 1 jumper and 1 diode.

It belongs with the sensors designs in this gallery.

From the project

A board for SHARP sensor GP2Y0D805Z0F, GP2Y0D810Z0F and GP2Y0D815Z0F

I had bought some of these sensors with a friend, without taking them with boards that are easily found on the online store, because we had the need for stable fixing points, that these models did not guarantee. Then we decided to create a board for PTH components, but on the way, thanks to some of KiCAD libraries and others that I have modified, I have designed the board so it could also be assembled with SMD components.
