About the SouffleKeyboard PCB
SouffleKeyboard is an open source PCB design by climent, published on GitHub under the MIT license. It is a 2-layer board measuring 137.2 × 109.3 mm, with 85 components from 15 distinct parts.
Other key parts include the ProMicro. By type, the board carries 30 switches, 30 diodes, 8 jumpers, 5 connectors, 2 resistors and 1 IC.
It belongs with the keyboards designs in this gallery.
From the project
Soufflé v1 is 6×4+1+4+1 keys column-staggered split keyboard with encoder support, based on the Sofle and re-inspired by the Lily58 keyboards.

* Palm key at the bottom of the outer pinky column.
Soufflé uses QMK firmware and it is fully compatible with the Sofle firmware.
Soufflé uses a similar layout than the Sofle, with a full 6x5 matrix, and the encoders connected to the same pins. The main difference is the position of the outermost thumb key, which has been moved to the bottom of the pinky column, to be used with the palm.
