This is what PCBWay ships: the 1-up card still attached to its 65.6 × 103.7 mm frame, before you snap the two tabs. The gold ring inset in the frame is the hard-gold plating bus, mask-opened so the plating rack has bare copper to clip, with a spur crossing each break tab into the card at x = 25.4. Both faces are raytraced from the panel CI actually generates — see scripts/render.py, and "The PCBWay panel" below. No components are shown because none are fitted at this stage; that is the fab's deliverable, not an omission.
