About the Nanoberry PCB

Nanoberry is an open source PCB design by EnzoRF, published on GitHub under the GPL-3.0 license. It is a board measuring 85 × 56 mm, with 229 components from 80 distinct parts.

Other key parts include the IMX6UL_BGA289, DDR3_BGA96, A7101CH, W25M512JV and PF1550. By type, the board carries 118 capacitors, 58 resistors, 12 ICs, 12 connectors, 11 inductors and 5 diodes.

It belongs with the usb & debug tools designs in this gallery.

From the project

Single-board computer based on i.MX6 ULL

It is designed to be similar to the very popular Raspberry PI, with the same board size and connectors located in the same side. There are some differences, most notably it does not have HDMI output.

The goal is to have a small computer that everybody can modify according to their needs. All the electronics components can be purchased from electronics distributors and its operation is well documented by the manufacturers. This is the main difference with Raspberry PI.
