It's a little expansion board to be able to use a speaker or PS/2 mouse, or just to fill up that hole in the case.
You'll also need a JST SH 5 pin cable for this one. Those can be found on aliexpress or similar sites.

Gh80-3700: common questions
What microcontroller does the Gh80-3700 use?
The Gh80-3700 is built around the ATMEGA32U4, from the AVR/Arduino family.
How big is the Gh80-3700 PCB?
The Gh80-3700 measures 91.9 × 149.1 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.
How many components are on the Gh80-3700?
84 components, from 27 distinct parts, with part numbers taken from the project's own BOM. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the Gh80-3700 design files?
From the evyd13/gh80-series repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout, the schematic and the BOM; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the Gh80-3700 design in my own project?
Yes, under the terms of its CC-BY-SA-4.0 license, which evyd13 chose for the repository.
Can I test firmware for the Gh80-3700 without the hardware?
Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug AVR/Arduino firmware against it before you order a PCB.
