About the Project ma rust PCB

Project ma rust is an open source RP2040/RP2350 PCB design by istudormihai, published on GitHub. It is a board, with 12 components from 9 distinct parts.

Its main chip is the SC0918, from the RP2040/RP2350 family. Other key parts include the L298N. By type, the board carries 5 modules, 3 resistors, 1 IC and 1 battery holder.

It belongs with the robotics & motion and sensors designs in this gallery.

Project ma rust: common questions

What microcontroller does the Project ma rust use?

The Project ma rust is built around the SC0918, from the RP2040/RP2350 family.

How many components are on the Project ma rust?

12 components, from 9 distinct parts. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.

Where can I download the Project ma rust design files?

From the istudormihai/project-ma-rust repository on GitHub, which has the schematic; the links under Design files point to each one.

Can I use the Project ma rust design in my own project?

The repository has no license, so all rights stay with istudormihai. Use it as a reference, and ask the author before reusing the design.

Can I test firmware for the Project ma rust without the hardware?

Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug RP2040/RP2350 firmware against it before you order a PCB.
