Gen. 3 Nissan Leaf Inverter Open Inverter Mini Mainboard Adapter PC Board

This is a work in progress, V0.0.4 is current but is not a production release yet. Johu (Open Inverter) could not get a motor spinning in closed loop control. There are also many board settings to work out still.
