From the project

A custom hardware security key with plug-in USB-C based on the RP2354A to skip annoying multi-layered authentication

A from-scratch, keychain-sized FIDO2/WebAuthn hardware security key built on the Raspberry Pi RP2354A, intended to run a fork of the open-source pico-fido firmware. The board integrates a male USB-C plug so the finished device plugs directly into a host like a USB stick - no cable - for passwordless multi-factor authentication.

This repository contains the complete KiCad hardware design (schematic + PCB layout). The hardware design is complete - schematic captured, board fully routed, and DRC/ERC clean.
