About the Pulsar PCB
Pulsar is an open source RP2040/RP2350 PCB design by Kirito139, published on GitHub. It is a 2-layer board measuring 83.5 × 57 mm, with 22 components from 6 distinct parts.
Its main chip is the XIAO-RP2040-DIP, from the RP2040/RP2350 family. By type, the board carries 11 diodes, 9 switches, 1 IC and 1 connector.
It belongs with the displays & leds designs in this gallery.

hackpad
Pulsar is a rather simple (its my first ever hardware project) macropad which I made for highway.hackclub.com. It features a 3x3 electrical matrix arranged into a 2x4 key grid and a rotary encoder. There's also an OLED display and two NeoPixels! Rather simple design but I'll probably come back and improve it sometime.

Pulsar: common questions
What microcontroller does the Pulsar use?
The Pulsar is built around the XIAO-RP2040-DIP, from the RP2040/RP2350 family.
How big is the Pulsar PCB?
The Pulsar measures 83.5 × 57 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.
How many components are on the Pulsar?
22 components, from 6 distinct parts, with part numbers taken from the project's own BOM. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the Pulsar design files?
From the Kirito139/pulsar repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout, the schematic and the BOM; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the Pulsar design in my own project?
The repository has no license, so all rights stay with Kirito139. Use it as a reference, and ask the author before reusing the design.
Can I test firmware for the Pulsar without the hardware?
Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug RP2040/RP2350 firmware against it before you order a PCB.
