About the Embedded autonomy pcb navigation
Embedded autonomy pcb navigation is an open source ESP32 PCB design by KordbamTech, published on GitHub. It is a 2-layer board measuring 105.5 × 83.9 mm, with 9 components from 7 distinct parts.
Its main chip is the ESP32-38PIN, from the ESP32 family. Other key parts include the Arduino_Nano_ESP32. By type, the board carries 4 resistors, 2 modules, 1 IC and 1 connector.
It belongs with the robotics & motion and iot & wireless designs in this gallery.
From the project
Custom KiCad PCB (ESP32 + Arduino Nano via I²C) with reactive Mbot maze-navigation in C++ — ELEC73151 Autonomous Intelligent Vehicles
A two-part embedded autonomy project: a custom KiCad PCB integrating ESP32 and Arduino Nano via I²C for ultrasonic-driven servo actuation, and a maze-navigation algorithm on the Mbot robot using reactive obstacle avoidance and differential drive.
The ESP32 handles sensing and decision logic. The Arduino Nano drives the servo — mirroring the distributed ECU architecture of real autonomous vehicles, where perception modules feed into steering/actuation units.

Embedded autonomy pcb navigation: common questions
What microcontroller does the Embedded autonomy pcb navigation use?
The Embedded autonomy pcb navigation is built around the ESP32-38PIN, from the ESP32 family.
How big is the Embedded autonomy pcb navigation?
The Embedded autonomy pcb navigation measures 105.5 × 83.9 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.
How many components are on the Embedded autonomy pcb navigation?
9 components, from 7 distinct parts. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the Embedded autonomy pcb navigation design files?
From the KordbamTech/embedded-autonomy-pcb-navigation repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout and the schematic; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the Embedded autonomy pcb navigation design in my own project?
The repository has no license, so all rights stay with KordbamTech. Use it as a reference, and ask the author before reusing the design.
Can I test firmware for the Embedded autonomy pcb navigation without the hardware?
Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug ESP32 firmware against it before you order a PCB.
