About the Mgh80 1.0 PCB

Mgh80 1.0 is an open source PCB design by Kris-Sekula, published on GitHub. It is a 2-layer board measuring 100 × 100 mm, with 29 components from 24 distinct parts.

Other key parts include the 74HC00, Z80CPU, HM62256B, 27C256 / 28C256 and 8255A. By type, the board carries 9 capacitors, 5 ICs, 5 resistors, 4 connectors, 3 crystals and 2 diodes.

It belongs with the retro computing designs in this gallery.

Simple 5 IC Z80 singe-board computer

Here are the sources for v1.0 of the PCB, this is for reference only as this version has one "bug" that needs a wire fix. On the schematic the line /A15 connected to JP3 and U1D should have been marked as A15 (without the /). As a result the Z80 CPU line A15 is not not connected to the address decoder. One wire is needed to fix it.
