About the Feather sdio PCB
Feather sdio is an open source ESP32 PCB design by mikeysklar, published on GitHub under the GPL-3.0 license. It is a 2-layer board measuring 51 × 23.3 mm, with 3 components from 3 distinct parts.
Its main chip is the HEADER-1X16ROUND, from the ESP32 family.
It belongs with the dev boards & breakouts and iot & wireless designs in this gallery.

A simple SDIO breakout FeatherWing adapter board.
This is a small adapter board that breaks out the SDIO bus on an Adafruit Feather so you can test SDIO peripherals (SD cards, SDIO Wi-Fi modules, etc.) without pulling out a breadboard every time.
Prototyping SDIO on a Feather usually means wiring up the same handful of signals on a breadboard over and over. This board makes that a plug-in FeatherWing so testing SDIO is quick and repeatable.

Feather sdio: common questions
What microcontroller does the Feather sdio use?
The Feather sdio is built around the HEADER-1X16ROUND, from the ESP32 family.
How big is the Feather sdio PCB?
The Feather sdio measures 51 × 23.3 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.
How many components are on the Feather sdio?
3 components, from 3 distinct parts. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the Feather sdio design files?
From the mikeysklar/feather-sdio repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout and the schematic; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the Feather sdio design in my own project?
Yes, under the terms of its GPL-3.0 license, which mikeysklar chose for the repository.
Can I test firmware for the Feather sdio without the hardware?
Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug ESP32 firmware against it before you order a PCB.
